BEFORE CALLING FOR AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE REVIEW OUR ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Our appointment line is open Monday-Thursday from 10am-4pm.
Due to the high volume of calls we receive we are unable to return calls for appointments left on our answering machine. Our phones are very busy.

DIRECTIONS

IF TAKING NYS THRUWAY I-90


1) Exit 56 (Milestrip Road – Route 179) (we are 1.4 miles from Thruway Exit)
2) Make a right onto Milestrip Road (Village of Blasdell)
3) Turn right at first light - South Park Avenue (Route 62)
4) Operation PETS is just into Lackawanna on the left side of street at the corner of South Park Avenue and Van Wyck Street
5) We are across the street from Kaczor Funeral Home
6) Look for tan brick building with red awning and Operation PETS sign on post out front and on awning.

FROM DOWNTOWN BUFFALO

1) Take Route 5 (Skyway)
2) Exit at Ridge Road - Make left onto Ridge Road
3) Follow Ridge Road to South Park Avenue (Route 62)
4) Turn right onto South Park Avenue
5) Operation PETS is on the left side of the street about 1.4 miles from the OLV Basilica at the corner of South Park Avenue & Van Wyck Street
7) We are across the street from Kaczor Funeral Home
8) Look for tan brick building with red awning and Operation PETS sign on post out front and on awning.
